This was a large and exciting project where we doubled the floor space of a run down bungalow. We turned 90sqm of under utilised bungalow into a 185sqm 4 bedroom chalet bungalow with far reaching open countryside views.

Although the build was complex we had our fantastic build team giving it 110%. Without a brilliant team, these projects just wouldn't be possible.


We brought the project in on time and budget and it looked fantastic. Italian marble bathrooms, custom built kitchen, garden office/gym and landscaped gardens.

Design and planning was all handled in house and sailed through the planning process. The build took 6 months and was added to our rental portfolio. We rented it for full ask within 24 hours on the market.
